Terms of Service

By sending the order, the buyer automatically agrees to the following General Terms and Conditions of Bademeisterei GmbH.
 

GENERAL
Small deviations and technical changes compared to illustrations or descriptions are possible. Furthermore, no minimum order quantity is necessary. The VAT of stationery and office supplies is 20%.
 

DELIVERY TERMS
Deliveries are made ex works and are only possible within the EU. If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible. Otherwise, our team will immediately try to increase the stock.
 

PAYMENT TERMS
The delivery takes place against invoice or by credit card statement.
All claims are to be paid within 10 days less a 2% discount or within 30 days net.
In the event of a delay in payment, we charge 7% interest on arrears and a reminder fee of €5.
 

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of Hefttiger Schreibwarenhandels GmbH until full payment has been made.
 

COMPLAINT
Vietiger guarantees that the goods sold are free of defects at the time of dispatch and have the promised properties. If the delivery is defective upon receipt, we ask that you contact us immediately. Complaints are handled according to Austrian law. A right of return of 14 days applies to unused goods.
